Dear Citizens

I would like to wish everyone at the club a massive good luck for the upcoming season. I hope everyone can work really hard, work together as a team and probably enjoy a few great nights out!

I hope everyone can work well together and listen to your manager Phillipe in order to achieve a common goal! I hope everyone has a very enjoyable season.

I would just like to thank everybody for the huge effort everyone put in during my time as manager. I would like to say thankyou for all the gifts i received when i left, and also a massive thankyou for the effort put in for the end of season presentation day.

Finally i would just like to say what a fantastic club forbidden city is, and that the senior players keep it like that and all the new players can contribute to such a wonderful ‘family’

I hope one day i can return for a tour or an exhibition game!

As you know our 11 aside season starts this Sunday with the Cup 2nd round!
1st Division team Shenzhen Development Bank FC will be our opponents for the afternoon – let’s crush them!

When: Sunday 5th September 4pm, Be at the pitch for 3:15pm

Where: Chaoyang Stadium (maps to the pitch can be found on the IFFC website (link below). For those that want to share taxis from down own – meet 2:20pm in front of Adidas Sanlitun.

We play ISB Dragons at 12:00 noon at the Lido (Side Gongyuan). That’s the same venue as where we train.

Our club has grown immensely over the past few years, on and off the pitch, old hands and new recruits have contributed to some incredible moments, so let’s keep that going and get Stuck in for another Great season of football with the mighty CITY!

I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again as soon as possible, let’s get cracking, let’s get fit!

Remember a registration fee of 100RMB is required before you can play for the club! And also passport copy and photos from new recruits.

Can everyone please reply to this mail (if you haven’t done so previously) as soon as possible to inform me of their availability this season and if they are going away at any particular time to allow us to prepare for anything.
