Jason has been a pivotal key in the history both on and off the pitch. Previosuly playing for the Accies in Beijing, he was the founding manager of the Forbidden City Club back in August 2004 and has helped build the club into the family it is today. He has been acting Chairman of the Club and takes a keen interest in both the current players, growth of the Club as well as it’s role within the IFFC League. He married Maryanne in Australia in December 2006 and so much so was his presence in Beijing he had a good number of his team mates and friends join him and Maryanne for the wedding.

Philip FAT FEI ‘Badaling’ Bartley is an English lad who has lived in Beijing for years proven by the fact that he will turn up to football matches late on his ‘Flying Pigeon’ bike. He once ventured further afield by Xiali taxi but it was unsuccessful on two counts .. he got lost on the Badaling Express Way and lost his beloved dog in the process.
He was a proven midfielder back in his day when playing for the Peking Strollers (yes, that was before the City was renamed Beijing), but was acquired by Forbidden City on transfer out of season and before the Bosman Rules were introduced. He is a flourishing entrepreneur, his most profitable joint-venture is in an egg farm. Appropriately, he is now employed as the ‘team cook.’
