The 2011-2012 season resumes this coming weekend.
We start with the Cup 1/4 final vs FCFC. The venue is the LIDO, Kick off at 4PM,be there at 3:30PM at he latest.  , Saturday 25th at Lido, 4PM kick off . Beware of very bad traffic conditions on Saturday afternoon.

Hi ALL,

The new 5-a-side season kicks-off again soon! 5-a-side provides a great opportunity to improve your skills, stamina and have fun! Forbidden City will again be challenging for the title in the 1st division that plays on a Tuesday night between 20:00 – 21:00 or 21:15 – 22:15 at Si De Park (next to where we train)

Season 1 will run from March 6th – April 26th, and Season 2 from the May 5th – June 21st. If your interested in playing 5′s this season, please let me know and I’ll get back to you with further details. For those who played last season are you still committed to carrying on the great work from the end of last season? Let’s do it!

As you know the season kicks off with a BANG with both club sides meeting in the Cup 1/4 final on the 25/26 of February, with the 1st divisions championship games starting that same weekend and Premier league Games kicking off the following (French Le).

So naturally preparation for the second part of the season is underway:
- Futsal every Tuesday 8-10 pm Canadian School
- Training every Wednesday 8-10 pm Lido
- Friendly FCFC 11 aside game  SUNDAY 5pm. Priority will be given to players attending the Wednesday training session.

Forbidden City had the first proper training of the year on a ‘warm’ and sunny day on Sunday morning!
Ben took a good session to get us back in the swing of things. We will have another training session either Saturday or Sunday next weekend.
There will be indoor futsal on Tuesday 7th February then the usual Wednesday evening training session will resume on 15th February with league/cup matches at the end of the month.
It’s time to polish yer boots, kick into gear and be part of the Ciiiity for another glorious season!
We’ve said goodbye to a few players over the winter so let me know if you won’t be training with us this spring and you want off this training email list.

Hi All!
Training this Sunday at Lido pitches, 11AM – 1PM.
Make an effort to come down on Sunday to get into shape after the long winter break and make sure you will be ready for the start of the season.
For all those new guys it will be a chance to get a place in the team and for all the old players it is a chance to prove you are still worth including, so no excuses about the cold or anything else.
Remember also, for those interested, there is Futsal tonight at the Canadian School!
