Opening Season Party
The start of a new season and a new football year for Summer Palace and the Forbidden City Family. The party was held at Luga's Villa, our new after football sponsor and bar in Sanlitun. It was in celebration of the seasoning opening, to thank Rouse & Co for continuing their sponsorship of our Football Club and for being together, for being friends.
Philippe 'Last Supper'
Surprise "posh" party for Philippe, who is moving to work in 'posh' Shanghai although he will still be in Beijing to play football some weekends. Dinner at White Nights Russian Restaurant followed by Q Bar then Kai for the remaining few.
2007 Christmas Dinner
The annual Forbidden City Christmas Dinner on Friday 7th December. We hoped as many people from the current teams and other members of the City entourage would come along to join in the festivities and frivolities! We ended up with around 44 people and had a decent enough laugh with free flow of beer.
