After our successful win last weekend, beating Chaoyang Park Rangers 3:1 (all headed goals; from Chris x2 and Jim x1 and assists from Ben x3), we are now in Round 2, playing Kozo Japan this Saturday.  See below for the full draw.

Boys, we are going all out this Sunday!

We have hired a bus for the day that will be taking people to the Chaoyang Pitch in the morning for the Palace game and then taking everyone to the Lido Pitch before our final destination of Luga’s for celebrations.

The bus sets off from Gongti at 10:30AM on Sunday morning, before passing by Nongzhanlan Guan at 10:45AM and then onto the pitch.

The bus will ferry us between matches before our final stop of Luga’s at 6:45PM.

If we pass nearby on the way to Chaoyang Pitch let me know and we can make a stop.

Contact me on Sunday to let me know if you need us to pick you up or wait for you.

We don’t have a game this weekend (23/24th April) but it’s important we keep training regularly.

The game schedule for the end of the season is now online on the IFFC website, we have 4 games left:

The ghanean Wonder crossed it low for Ivan to finish off with ease. 1-065′ Useless foul from Philippe 40 yards out: the Fortuna centre back hit a tricky ball in the box and their striker with the slightest of touches put our rivals back in the game. 1-172′ Blythe hit a good corner, Both Ivan and Philippe double headed the ball in – Ex-poneytail man Ivan claimed it with a more enthusiastic celebration.2-182′ Blythe hussled the ball off their centre backs – clean through, 15 yards out and with only the keeper to beat, the Spurs man finished them off with a typical blythesque scuffed shot accross the goal. Boom. 3-1MOM: Blythe big game at the back – 1 assist – and 1 goal after a 5 minute stint up frontDOM: Ivan forgeting to bring the Donkey hat + his little yelp of agony and dismay after seeing his man get subbed. Dear CitizensWell played to City Sunday who played very bravely but unfortunately lost 1-0 to Afrika. Lots to play for this season many games to play – with the double still a big possibility!Good result for Palace on Saturday who had a great 3-2 victory over Shenzhen Development Bank.
