Meeting Minutes
4 April 2007
1) The Supervisory Board
a. There are seven members dedicated to improve the quality of the IFFC. Each member of this committee will focus on making the league better and are not necessarily out for the best interests of their individual clubs.
b. This committee will be called the Supervisory Board .
c. The Supervisory Board will meet at least once per month during the football season.
d. The Supervisory Board is comprised of seven members from seven different clubs.

3.)The current IFFC rules & regulations and statutes
a. The current IFFC rules & regulations and statutes will be reviewed at the next meeting.
b. The Supervisory Committees Secretary will distribute the current IFFC rules & regulations and statutes and any other sources of information on the topic which seem relevant. For example: rules and statutes from other expat leagues in Asia.
c. The Supervisory Committee members will prepare for the next meeting by looking at the current IFFC rules & regulations and statutes and think about how they can be revised.
d. Revised IFFC rules & regulations and statutes will in place for the beginning of the 2007/08 season.
4.) The Disciplinary Committee
a. The Supervisory Committee is also currently the disciplinary committee.
b. The Disciplinary Committee can meet bi-weekly if necessary.
c. The Disciplinary Committee will decide on serious disciplinary matters. Those matters will still need to be defined.
d. A procedure for a disciplinary hearing was discussed but not finalized. Ideas discussed so far:
Each party will have 5 minutes to voice their side of the dispute
Decisions will be made at the meeting.
5.) The Hong Kong Champions of Asia tournament
a. The trip needs to finance itself. The IFFC does not have funds available.
b. Entry fee for the tournament is USD 500.
c. It is thought that each player would need to have at least 5000 RMB to cover the expenses for tournament registration, flight and hotel.
d. Ralf and Robert will approach teams about providing players.
e. A decision about entering an IFFC All-Star team will be made by 11 April.
