SEASON 06/07
It has been a very busy week and sorry for the delay of the reports, but I wanted to include last Wednesdays IFFC Supervisory Committee special meeting in this weeks report. First of all I wanna thank our committee members to be available in order to deceide various matters stated down below under IFFC Supervisory Committee report. The committee needed to deceide crucial matters which is not an easy, but needed to be deceided so this special meeting was brought in before the annual monthly meeting which is next Wednesday at 8pm at Club Football. The Club is currently reviewing one of the biggest restructure program and the main aim is to higher the level of quality ! for the organisation. The rules, statutes and the scheduling are beeing reorganized and our new site shall make registration possible over the internet. Last Wednesday we did meet and the commmittee tried the best to make rulings for the fairest interests for the IFFC teams. The support from all member teams for the committee is very important here cause there are also unpopular decisions beeing have to be made; also in the future. Please check closely what have been deceided.
For our Hong Kong project we won Sexy FCs Mirsad who would volunteer to lead our IFFC Allstar team. I hereby ask all confirmed IFFC players to contact him per e-mail right away and give him following information: I ask all IFFC captains who confirmed players to make sure that Mirsad gets this information before the May holidays: To remind you one more time, each player must take care for the expences around 5.000RMB for the whole weekend.
Please forward the e-mail to Mirsad.Midzic@hospitalia.de and send a cc. to iffc@ecic.de and jason_muhl@yahoo.com
As you know the working and the May holiday weekend is coming up. Team who have to play the Cup semifinal and the make up matches are advised to arrange their open matches. In case teams can not play on the May holidays, the IFFC advises these teams to play on the last April weekend (working weekend) in the late afternoon or early evening. I will be leaving for Russia this weekend and will come back on Wednesday morning. Xiao Xu and Tian Lin are aware to deceide the schedule and will contact the teams who needs to play the Cup & the make up matches. I will be present on Wednesday evenings IFFC Supervisory Committee meeting.
Last Thursday me and Thomas/French LE went to Beijing Utd. Hospital and hopefully will receive a proposal by next weeks meeting.
One more very important point: Can every team ask of their players who is NOT insured. The IFFC needs to know how many players there are so a proposal can be made for us all without insurance. When I get back on Wednesday I will call the teams who then did not reply yet. So each team leader: please ask this upcoming weekend your players and get me the amount of players without health insurance latest by end of next week.
So enough said, here you go with the latest news within the IFFC. See you soon back !

After quite a delay the match had to put forward this Thursday evening while both teams struggled for important players the match went ahead with both teams bringing on some good quality. In the first half Fortuna 94 put Sexy FC under pressure and deserved a clear 3:1 lead through goals from Dom (20.), Nori (27.) and Peter (40.); for Sexy FC it was Max (40.). Then in the first twenty minutes of the second half Sexy FC ran the show and fought back to equalize the match through Max (49.) and Gary (68.). Then the rest of the second half the match was even and both sides missed great chances. Then through a dubious penalty the match was decided. Nori scored (85.) for Fortuna the lucky but overall deserved winner. Fortunas Hao L! ong still had ellbowed but not on purpose Sexy FCs Mirsad. I checked with Mirsad after the match on the phone and he got a blue eye, but also could not confirm a hit on purpose, but would have wished a proper excuse. Too bad that such a PK deceided that good Cup match! Also to mention was some serious oral misbehaviour from both sides during the match. Unacceptable !

Peking Strollers vs. French LE
It was a very hard fought match from both sides in which at the end one goal made the difference. The first half ended goalless and the match continued tight. Then ten minutes from time finally it was Citys Renato scoring the winning goal (10.). It was an even match, but due to the fact that City FC had hit several times the post, the points were well earned. Sexy FC also lost one major player Josh who broke his foot again. Get well mate !!!
The Africans made clear who is the No.1 in the league with an impressive 0:6 victory over the Vikings who is in the full relegation trouble. In the first half Steven (11.) and Tom (25.) scored the 0:2 halftime lead, then in the second half Steven (73. & 80.) and Edger (70. & 82.) added two more goals each and at the end it was Afrika 6, Vikings 0.
Celtics A vs. Peking Strollers 3:0 [the match played was 1:4 (1:1)]
Due to the player Guilume who became illegal last week when he played last week with the French LE the IFFC Supervisory Committee turned the match 3:0 for the Celtics. Please check with the official statement from the Sup. Committee. The actual match ended 1:4 for the Strollers. The player Guillume scored twice (43. & 88.) while Matt Sutton (59.) and Tim McHanwell (81.) added one goal each. For the Celtics it was Ma Ning (21.) with one goal successful.
In a fierce and hard fought match, the Russians edged with one goal a good playing French side, despite of many important players missing. The winning goal was in the first ten minutes of the match and it was Russia Utd.s Muhammed (10.) who scored. In the 75th minute was an serious incident b! etween French player Fabian and Russias Almas. Also here the IFFC Supervisory Committee decided that Fabian (French) will miss out one match and Almas (Russia) will miss out the rest of the league (4 matches) and fined 500RMB due to unaccepable behaviour. See statement from the Committee.
In a good hard fighting manner, X2 edged favorites Fortuna 94 1:2 and took home some valuable points in the relegation race. In the first twenty minutes of the match Fortuna 94 played well, but then came some cold striked from N. Shun (20.) and Yousuke (31.) and from then on Fortuna played complicated while X2 came more and more into the match. In the second half the match contined as it ended in the first half. Fortuna missing out their chances and at the end they were only to score one more time through Wang Shou (61.) but at the end that was not enough. With couple good players not here, Fortuna will have a tough time with the upcoming Cup match against Sexy FC.
Due to the player Guilume who played so far for the Strollers the IFFC Supervisory Committee deceided to ban the player for the rest of the season and award the match 3:0 to the Japanese X2 side.
